Welcome to Dancing Dragonfly Gardens

Our Story

Hi from Marinette, Wisconsin!!  We are the Wangerins- Trevor, Becky, Ember, Reed and Miles.  We started our small family run flower farm in 2023 after Becky's dahlia patch quickly escalated in size...you can never have too many dahlias!! 

The dahlias are our main focus on the farm.  We spend a lot of time in the summer maintaining, checking and raising healthy plants and tubers.  We stay away from pesticides and use sanitation methods on all tools used to try and help stop the spread of disease.  We hand dig all of our dahlias in the fall between the months of October and November.

Our other hobbies include raising all the chickens and ducks (who really enjoy free ranging around the property), making maple syrup (HQ-Maple), growing all the veggies, hunting and fishing, and playing hockey, baseball, softball and gymnastics! We are definitely a busy bunch!

About the Farm

We purchased the farm from my Uncle.  It is the original Walters homestead (Becky's side of the family) which was built in the 1950's. It was originally a dairy farm. We know have fields with sunflowers, pumpkins, and flowers!  We have been adding in a small orchard too!
